This dialog displays the print options available for each layout. Each of the four types of layouts — address books, cards, envelopes and labels — have their own sets of print options.
• Set Entry Length (except envelopes): Restricts each entry to a maximum number of lines or allows each record to vary in length.
• Footer: Prints any text that you want as a footer at the bottom of each form. You can specify the font, size, and style that the footer text prints in. You can also include the date and the page number.
The following are settings specific to address page printouts:
• Page Breaks (Continuous or Break on New Letter): Choose "Continuous" if you want your entries to print continuously from one page to the next. Choose "Break on New Letter" if you want letter sections to print as "chapters", where each begins printing on a new right-hand page.
• 2nd Column (also used in card layouts): Defines where the 2nd column begins printing. The distance specified is the distance from the left margin of the form.
• Double-sided: Tells Dynodex to print double-sided.
• Also Print Dynet (only available with 3-up Layouts): Tells Dynodex to print the Dynet on the bottom fringe of the paper.
• Print Dividing Lines: Tells Dynodex to print dividing lines between entries.
• Print Letter Headers: Tells Dynodex to include a letter header at the beginning of each new letter section.
• Note Printing Length: Restricts the Note field to a maximum number of lines or allows it to vary in length.
The following is specific to labels:
• Set Starting Position: Indicates which label on the page Dynodex should begin printing on. This is helpful if you have a half-used label sheet and you want to start somewhere in the middle.
The following is specific to envelopes:
• Display Return Address: Tells Dynodex to print a return address on the envelope, which will be printed in the top left corner of the envelope. You can store four return address choices: two text return addresses and two pictures. If you want to include a picture in either return address, you must specify this. To paste the picture in, copy a picture onto the clipboard and paste into the left or right Return Address box.
• Address Position: Defines the position of the mailing address on the envelope. The two controls set the distance from the left edge and from the top edge of the envelope, respectively.
• POSTNET bar codes: Check this box to have each envelope printed with the approved Post Office bar codes to speed mailing.
